DO YOU HAVE EXPRESS SHIPPING?

Yes, with local Australian Couriers. 

WHAT HAPPENS IF I'M NOT HOME TO ACCEPT THE DELIVERY?

In all cases, Wall To Wall finances on your behalf for insurance and signature on delivery. In the event that you are not home to accept the delivery, a card will be left at your address with the necessary information regarding collection at your local depot, or re-delivery at a convenient time.

 

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Yes, all of our shipments include tracking numbers which will be provided to you automatically once your item is dispatched. The dispatch details will be sent to your nominated email address entered in check-out. 

  

DO YOU SHIP TO P.O. BOXES?

No, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes. This is due to the dispatch insurance policy. A nominated person must sign for the item once it's received, which can only be actioned at a home address. 

 

WHAT METRICS ARE THE PRINTS MEASURED IN? 

All of our prints are in CM (centimetre) measurement. If you have any enquiries about sizing, please contact us for further clarification.
