Do the frames include a border?

  • A4 and A3 prints come with a white matt board. This is in addition to the print, creating a clean, elegant look within the frame.

What are the total outer sizes of the frames?

  • A4 print: Frame outer size is approximately 28cm x 37cm.
  • A3 print: Frame outer size is approximately 40cm x 53cm.
  • 50x70 print: Frame outer size is approximately 55cm x 75cm.
  • 60x90 print: Frame outer size is approximately 65cm x 95cm.
  • 120x80 print: Frame outer size is approximately 125cm x 85cm.

Is there matting for larger sizes?

  • For prints larger than A3, the white border is printed directly onto the print itself—there is no separate matting used on the larger frames.

What size frame comes with your prints?

  • A4 and A3 prints come with a 2cm wide frame and a 2cm depth.
  • Prints larger than A3 come with a 3cm wide frame and a 2cm depth.

Can I customise the frame size?

Yes, frame customisations are available! However, if you would like a different frame size, please reach out to us before placing your order so we can provide you with a custom quote.

CAN I USE MY DISCOUNT CODE DURING SALE PERIODS? 
No. All discount codes are disabled during this sale period.

Please refer to your tracking link in your email. Once items are dispatched, all updates sit with the courier.

DO YOU HAVE EXPRESS SHIPPING?

Yes, with local Australian Couriers. 

WHAT HAPPENS IF I'M NOT HOME TO ACCEPT THE DELIVERY?

In all cases, Wall To Wall finances on your behalf for insurance and signature on delivery. In the event that you are not home to accept the delivery, a card will be left at your address with the necessary information regarding collection at your local depot, or re-delivery at a convenient time.

 

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Yes, all of our shipments include tracking numbers which will be provided to you automatically once your item is dispatched. The dispatch details will be sent to your nominated email address entered in check-out. 

  

DO YOU SHIP TO P.O. BOXES?

No, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes. This is due to the dispatch insurance policy. A nominated person must sign for the item once it's received, which can only be actioned at a home address. 

 

WHAT METRICS ARE THE PRINTS MEASURED IN? 

All of our prints are in CM (centimetre) measurement. If you have any enquiries about sizing, please contact us for further clarification.
