Our ATHENS accord immortalises the juxtaposition of ancient and contemporary - a graceful clash of historical charm and renewed creative energy.  It is an ode to the city's resilience and recent rise.

The fragrance is based on a walk through Plaka - an Athenian neighbourhood that sits beneath the shadows of the Acropolis and its ancient temples.  What one notices in Athens is that the sun sets differently.  Hazy purple and pink hues adorn the Athenian summer sky, painting it the most vibrant of violets.  The warm summer air is sweetened by hints of jasmine and night elm as people water and tend to their gardens in the evening.  Livani grounds the accord - a final nod to the city's sacred Byzantine history and culture.

CANDLE CARE

Failure to follow instructions could result in fire, hazard or injury.  Keep candle and flame away from children and animals.  Never leave a lit candle unattended.  Remove all packaging before lighting candle.  Do not burn candle for longer than 4 hour intervals.  Always burn candle on a level, stable fire/heat resistant surface.  Keep away from things that catch fire.  Keep away from drafty areas.


INSTRUCTIONS
 

Keep the wick trimmed to 6mm to ensure even burning and ensure your first burn is long enough to create an even pool of wax along to surface of the candle - we recommend 4 hours.  This will avoid the candle from tunneling.  Ensure candle is free of any foreign or flammable materials including matches and wick trimmings before burning.  Keep wax pool free of debris.  Do not touch or move candle when it is burning/hot.  Store candle in a cool dry place below 25 degrees celsius and keep away from direct sunlight.  Stop burning when 2cm of wax remains at the bottom of the jar.  This will prevent possible heat damage to the counter/surface or container itself.  Please note that the glass candle container will get hot on the bottom as the flame nears the base of the jar and most of the wax has been consumed.

REFUNDS/EXCHANGE 
  
As all items are custom made-to-order for our customers upon order, and not pre-made as such, therefore once an order is placed, it is not possible to be refunded for simply change of mind.

Please note: returns due to change of mind are eligible for an exchange only. Each frame is made to order, and therefore personalised and exempt from refund.

In the case that your purchase is defective or damaged, Wall To Wall will replace it. If you wish to exchange the product for the same item, please get in touch via email at sales@walltowall.net.au for a returns authorisation. 
 
Please note that damaged prints will only be eligible for replacement if the fault is deemed as a manufacturing error. If the print is blemished by general wear and tear, it will not be replaced.
 
RETURNS PROCESS
To complete your return, proof of purchase is required in either the form of a receipt, tax invoice or bank statement. This must be printed out and included in your returns parcel.

SALE ITEMS 
All discounted items cannot be returned for a refund or exchange. They are final sale. 

GIFT PURCHASES
In the case that the item was purchased as a gift and was clearly stated so in the checkout section, a credit voucher will be issued to you for the value of the item if returned. Once the return is received back to our warehouse, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. 

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable for returns, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Wall To Wall reserves the right to deduct the cost of return shipping from refunds that are received in the form of a gift certificate.
